Besides psychological counseling and coaching, I also offer services directed at groups. All of them are offered in English and Czech in an online environment.
Face2Face option is possible mainly in Prague area and based on agreement can be also conducted in other European locations (for example in case of multiday training events).

training & learning design

Unlike during lectures and presentations, participants during training sessions are actively involved, which allows one not just to get new knowledge, but also to develop their skills and competences, reflect and build on their previous ones, and be more engaged.

Based on your needs, you can choose from different services:

development of the complex training solution, including both design and delivery
development of the design for your training needs only while using your internal trainer(s) to deliver the session(s)
consultation of your current or planned training solutions (external feedback)
training and/or mentoring for your internal trainers or future trainers

team coaching & process facilitation

Collaboration is not always the easiest task, and there are many different methodologies and approaches to creating a well-functioning team that reaches the goals. By using team coaching, facilitation, or agile methodologies, we can make your team work better than before, be more resilient, and the people in it more satisfied.
