Psychological Counselling & Coaching

Welcome to my website! I’m Denisa Dave, a psychologist, coach, and trainer, here to support you on your journey.

My approach is grounded in openness, respect for each person’s uniqueness, and an integration of perspectives from psychology, coaching, and my ongoing psychotherapy training. Thanks to this combination, you can come just as you are—even if you’re not yet sure what you’re looking for or what kind of support you need.

Each person’s life story is unique, shaped by experiences on physical, emotional, and relational levels. I strive to honor and reflect these layers in our work together—with sensitivity to where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you hope to go. Whether you’re going through a demanding period, seeking grounding in daily life, or looking for new energy in your personal or professional growth, I’m here to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
